Refund policy
Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This includes change of mind and sizing.
To request a return, email support@badobject.co.uk with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will reply with return instructions. We do not publish a return address on the website. We provide it after a return is requested.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition
- with any original labels intact (if present)
If an item is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, we may refuse the refund or apply a deduction.
Return shipping costs
Customers pay return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days of delivery if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
Send your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds cover the item price only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
