All items are printed and shipped when you place an order. This means delivery can take a little longer than mass-produced stock. Processing times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and product. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking

Where available, we will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

International orders, customs, and taxes

If you order outside the UK, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are set by your local authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

 

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@badobject.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help.
